Can anyone help with Tablet trouble?
I'm hoping someone will have a suggestion how to correct a problem I'm having getting my Tablet to work with my laptop.

Tablet works fine with my desktop PC. But I decided I wanted to use Photoshop with my Tablet on my laptop also. The Photoshop installation was fine. The only trouble I have is that the cursor (with Tablet) is all flickery and jittery and basically unusable. It's similar to when, sometimes, I get the Tablet too close to the monitor when I'm using my desktop PC, and it causes some sort of interference or something. Then i just have to readjust, maybe back away from the monitor a little. But with the laptop, nothing I do seems to work. Is the laptop's touchpad interfering somehow with the Tablet? I thought that at first, so I tried deactivating the touchpad - which was a stupid idea since it was basically the only thing that was working at the time. It did not cause the Tablet and stylus to miraculously start working!!

Has anyone else had a similar problem and know how to solve this?????????

Have you tried reinstalling the drivers? That sometimes fixes tablet issues... I mean, this is only a theoretical suggestion as I've never used one with a laptop, but given how finicky drivers can be... Failing that, maybe there's a patch out there somewhere that you can get - google helped me out immensely when my old Aiptek wasn't doing pressure-sensitivity in PS.

Thanks for the tip. Using the CD that came with my tablet I installed and uninstalled the driver twice. Thinking perhaps the driver could be outdated with this newer OS (Vista), I went to their (Adesso's) site and downloaded the driver. After installing, I find I have the same problem.

SO! I've got an email in to tech support to see if there are any known issues with it. I'll probably not get an answer, but oh well! You're right.....maybe I should just google it.

Thanks again!
